Note: Don't forget your Sons of Norway membership card!! Must be presented to Managers for membership prices. For overnight guests check in time is after 1:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM (a late check out request can be considered on an individual basis)
High Season: (winter) from November 15th through March 31st
Value Season: (summer) from April 1st through November 14th.
Exclusives: (reserving the entire building & grounds Per Night). The Lodge is still open for day use, even when a group has an exclusive.

Individual Overnights: High Season: includes one round trip shuttle per stay. A $4.00 additional charge may apply for additional shuttle trips.

Cross Country Skis & Snowshoes: Available to rent starting at $5.00 per/day
Overnight Dry Camping (summer): $25.00
1 RV, Trailer, 1 Tent (Maximum of 6 people)
(includes light use of lodge, kitchen & showers)
Winter Parking: Guest must purchase a Crystal Springs Sno-Park & Groomed Trail permits:
(permits available at REI, Coast to Coast Hardware in North Bend and other Puget Sound locations)
Online Permit Purchase available after November 1st each year (permit mailed to your home and print an immediate use temporary permit).

4. Scroll then select: for single day use only $25 or Seasonal Non-motorized Permit/Special Groomed sticker $120 (unlimited use for the season)
5. Select Next
6. Select date for (single day use only)
7. Fill out vehicle data and make payment.

Note: Deposits of half of the total is required within 7 days from the time that reservations are made. Cancellations with full refund up to 20 days prior with regular reservations and 30 days prior with exclusive reservations. With Exclusive Building rental, 50% of the paid deposit (25% of total costs) shall be non-refundable.
Note: There will be a one night charge for late cancellations. Reservation can be rescheduled only one time if within cancelation policy. Rescheduling date expires after 6 months.
In the event that Trollhaugen cancels reservations due to weather, power outage or other event, any guests re-imbursements shall be on a case by case basis determined by Trollhaugen's Board.
